Clean, peaceful atmosphere. Burgers are definitely a bang for your buck and they have great appetizers. Bathrooms are nice too!

Very nice waitress that got our drinks and order in within 3 minutes of being seated. They have the Club Keno lottery going on 3 of the 6 TV's. The fries were delicious an they have a great rubin. Overall, a nice local restaurant in town.

I ordered half an order of nachos...was very impressed with fresh fried tortilla chips, so cheesy! Great with the crisp lettuce topper and added sour cream and salsa. All of this for less than 8! Great value! Burgers at this place are great! Wouldn't hesitate getting either. They also serve broasted chicken. If you haven't had it, you really should try it! Nice pub. Lots of seating on two sides of the restaurant. Food was good. Burger was excellent. BLT and club are served on good large bread. Server was great.

Great little spot in downtown St. John’s to hit for lunch or dinner. Lots of great burgers on their menu and they come on an incredible homemade fluffy bun. Fries are even battered if you want that side and style! Will def be back.

We went for a late dinner. Restaurant was full but not crowded. The lighting was just right, many offerings on the menu. I ordered the tater tots that had cheese & bacon since I wasn't terribly hungry. The tots were crispy and delicious, the bacon was cooked crispy. They had liquid cheese that was OK, but I'm not a big fan of the liquid cheese. I did have a bite of Hubby's mushroom swiss burger. The burger was delicious and if I go back, I'll be ordering the olive burger. Hubby thought mushroom swiss burger was good, but thought the bun dried it out. It was loaded with mushroom & swiss cheese. Was very obvious it was hand pattied, not a frozen patty-bonus for the real hamburger patty! The young man that served us was quick, attentive. He kept our drinks full, was friendly & engaging.

Love Swannys! They have Mac and cheese triangles and are one of the only spots I’ve found that do! The waitresses are always super kind and pretty quick service, even when busy!

I came here with the cute girl this afternoon for an early dinner. We got to choose exactly where we wanted to sit. We chose a booth in the back near the pool table. The waitress was friendly and quickly brought us drinks and took our order. I ordered the western burger. Being the burger enthusiast that I am, I expect great things. I'm very strict with my burger criticism and what goes down the ole hatch. The cute girl ordered the bacon cheeseburger. We both got beer-battered fries with our order, with honey mustard to boot. That combo is god tier! The food came quickly, as it wasn't too packed yet with people. The burger looked gorgeous, head to toe deliciousness, alluring to the eye with an accompaniment of beer-battered potato goodness. The burger was fresh and the toppings, not overwhelming, but combined together equaled a fantastic and unforgettable meal. The bun was soft like a mother's touch, hypnotic to the point of ecstasy. The fries were in abundance and the honey mustard sauce was a naughty little combo. It's important to note the cute girl and I are both root beer snobs. That was our drink of choice for the night, and it was incredibly tasty. We finished our meals and ordered two peanut butter cakes to go. Let me tell you, if you've never felt the tender touch of someone's loving embrace, then this is the cake for you. She's a thicc girl, but don't let her intimidate you; she's the one, and you know that tonight is the night. The frosting flirts with you seductively, edging you closer with each bite. The peanut butter dances on the precipice of overwhelming, but never dips a toe in that water. It's perhaps the best dessert in Saint Johns. Overall, I rate our experience highly.
